Emacs and Vi

Well, I have been using Vi for quite some time as my editor of choice. Well, when having to decide between Emacs and Vi. I had originally chosen Vi because that is what some friends of mine knew and could quickly tell me the different commands I needed for certain tasks.
I have decided I like Emacs better now. I have been taking a class that uses the Mozart programming language which is run in Emacs. After using it for a bit, I have found I like Emacs better. Of course I still have times when I don’t know what the key combo is for a certain command and I could easily go back to Vi where I know the key combo but Emacs is becoming more preferred so I just look up the command and I am on my way.
So, all those people I suggested Vi to, I would now have to recommend Emacs.
