I admit, I like playing computer games now and again but almost 50 hours straight is rediculous. A South Korea man died after spending almost 50 hours playing Starcraft. Unfortunately I know a few people that play games for way too long at one time. What a waste!

It been awhile since I’ve looked at the Google Zeitgeist page to see what their latest search trends are. Looking at the results for the most searched people I find that the results are just another source that shows what things are important in society. The two most searched names in June 2005 were Madonna and Michael Jackson. The others listed in the top five searches for women and men are also celebrities. This doesn’t really surprise me but would be nice to see more names of people who have made a difference other than by the movies they’ve made or music they’ve recorded.

C|Net has put out two top 10 lists. The first is the Top 10 dot-com flops. I think the title is self explanatory. The other is the Top 10 tech we miss.
